Role: Ordinary Crown lieutenant in the prepared siege force. Allegiance: Crown military chain of command; values lawful orders and reducing casualties. Status: Future siege chapter figure; not present in accepted events so far.
Sevr wants lawful orders, low casualties, and proof that the farm presents a danger. In the planned siege, hearing evidence, Pellin's procedural testimony, or the Ninth Gate register's erasure order can make him demand clarification from Vaun. Vaun may expose herself by threatening him. Later material allows Sevr to provide a signed statement separating the Office from regular Crown command. These outcomes depend on how the siege and evidence play out; no stance or action by Sevr is yet accepted. The campaign source calls him an “ordinary Lieutenant,” though he bears the rank Lieutenant.
