Role: Named prisoner who may be freed at the Ninth Gate. Allegiance: No institutional allegiance stated; speaks from the perspective of people held by the Gates. Status: Conditional future figure; the expansion does not establish that she is among the current three survivors at Crow Hollow.
Ilyra appears in a conditional branch: if freed prisoners cannot travel, she asks the party to carry a list of names. That list can carry the prisoners' concerns into the finale. Later council guidance suggests Ilyra, or another freed prisoner, may ask whether people from the Gates receive real authority or only gratitude. The text does not provide her history, status before the Gate, current location, or exact position among any roster. Keep her separate from Oris, Pellin, and Kes, whose identities and current checkpoint status are explicitly documented.
