Clerk Issen
Preserved local adaptation or Roll20 reference. Its people, events, inventories, and geography belong to their stated source context; they are not merged into original Everterra canon.
Role: Ninth Gate records clerk responsible for rosters and movement logs. Allegiance: Gate institution. Status: Named in the Roll20 “9th Roles” handout; present location and current status are unknown.
The handout says Issen maintains records, rosters, and movement logs, knows where people have been, but does not know why. Its GM-facing note calls Issen the Gate's most dangerous person despite having no authority, because the Gate remembers through the records. This describes the narrative function of record keeping; it does not establish that Issen knows every secret or can control institutional decisions. No appearance or direct connection to the Idlewood party has occurred in the accepted checkpoint. Further personal details are not available in the inspected handout.
