Version / correction: Earlier local adaptation based on Darkling: Idlewood. Preserve the sourced farm, inheritance, and buried-engine details below as that adaptation's record. They do not establish Everterra canon, including any three-heir or First Gate story. See Everterra: Idlewood.
Land and working resources
The campaign book describes 40 acres on a western rise, with orchard, rye, pasture, and stone-walled kitchen gardens. The farmhouse and barn have been repaired repeatedly. A root cellar beneath the office predates the house; the hidden foundation mechanism lies beneath the eastern orchard.
The recorded farm inventory is six farmhands, two draft horses, eighteen cattle, three wagons, carpentry tools, a season's stored grain, and Corvin's ledgers. These are stated campaign resources, not a general estimate of regional agriculture.
Named features include a grain chute, livestock gate, loft windows, rain barrel, dry-stone walls, cider press, root-cellar hatch, east well, family plot, and boundary oak. The book identifies the eastern boundary stone as a lock. The deeper account—Corvin's role in building the displaced First Gate and the heirs' connection to its wards—is a hidden campaign truth.
Ownership and history
Corvin Marrow's will leaves the farm equally to Seraph, Hugo, and Garr. The campaign's hidden history says Corvin arranged lawful inheritance so the Crown could not activate the buried engine without the heirs' consent. The three heirs are former Ninth Gate escapees; this does not make the farm an established branch of any published Realms institution.
The accepted opening established Corvin's death, the inheritance, discovery of the three-tower seal, the Crown assault, and the death of Captain Vance. The farmhands were not harmed in that encounter according to the recorded playthrough. Future siege, excavation, and foundation-chamber events remain chapter possibilities.
Map record
The asset manifest lists corvin-farm as an exterior 45-by-30 five-foot-grid map and corvin-farm-cellar as an interior 30-by-20 map. These presets serve tactical play; neither gives the farm's real acreage outline or distance to other locations.
