Status: Established campaign setting; ownership transfers in the opening to Seraph, Hugo, and Garr in equal shares. The accepted checkpoint is after Corvin's death and inheritance reading.

Land and productive features

The farm comprises forty acres of orchard, rye, pasture, and stone-walled kitchen gardens on a western rise. The source gives no acreage breakdown, boundary survey, crop yield, or current harvest state. The farmhouse and barn are described as ordinary buildings repaired many times. Other named farm features are a root cellar, grain chute, livestock gate, rain barrel, dry-stone walls, cider press, east well, family plot, and boundary oak.

These are recorded as Corvin Farm resources, not treated as property rights over the workers. The source does not state who owns each movable item separately from the farm inheritance.

Accepted checkpoint and prepared uses

The accepted playthrough says the brothers prepared the farm without its workers before Vance arrived. It later records a grain crash and cattle stampede during the fight. This establishes those events, not lasting loss or damage to the stores or herd. The expansion's stone dairy shelter, trench, and siege positions are prepared scene material; they do not add unlisted farm inventory or prove a structure was built.
