This list distinguishes items the accepted play record says were encountered or held from assets that only appear in prepared chapter material. A document's existence in a scenario does not establish who currently possesses it.

Accepted or established objects

AssetStatus and known holder/accessSource limits
Crown letterAccepted log: Zed stole it from a guard at the inn; he carries it into the farm events. It is described as sealed and addressed to Captain Vance. Its later custody is not recorded. The campaign says it was bait and contained a hidden three-tower counterseal.
Three-tower iron disk/foundation sealAccepted log: Zed opens Corvin's trapped iron disk beneath the office and reads the inheritance warning.Later holder and precise present condition are not stated. Do not assume the disk and every mention of a “seal” are separate objects.
Corvin's will/deedThe will is read at the opening; equal farm shares pass to Seraph, Hugo, and Garr.Physical original's current location and custody are not stated. The expansion's copies and hearing packet are prepared possibilities.
Vance's orders and signetVance's orders and body/signets matter to the campaign's ongoing story; accepted record says Vance is killed and his surviving soldiers surrender.Specific recovery, transfer, or possession is not established in the accepted log. Signet use in later travel scenes is prepared.
Corvin's ledgersThe farm has Corvin's meticulous ledgers. The book says a second ledger is hidden behind the cracked east saint; Pell can authenticate it.The accepted log does not record retrieving the second ledger. A ledger at the farm is not automatically the concealed chapel ledger.

Prepared evidence and assets

The table expansion introduces, conditionally: courier-cache rations, lamp oil and route strip; a current Gate roster and sealed erasure order; the foundation register and its brass frames; rootglass; a gatekeeper's cord; Halvek's maintenance key; and a list of prisoners' names. Each is tied to a future route, chapter branch, or encounter. None is confirmed as found, held, or current at the accepted checkpoint.

The expansion's finale may use a copy of the deed, disk or remains, register, prisoners' names, and farm soil as council-table objects. It also describes possible prepared-document packets and witness statements. These are suggestions or contingent materials, not a present evidence inventory.

Evidentiary boundary

Accepted play says the blue flare was sent from Idlewood and the red flare at the eastern quarry; this records signals and locations, not preserved flare equipment or a written record. No prices, appraised values, chain of custody, or inventory ledger for portable plot items are supplied.
