Reusable Everterra world layer
Harl Brenner's farm represents the ordinary household cost of extraction. It can reveal a gap between official collections and what families actually lose. Keep Harl a person with his own concerns, not just evidence. The reusable source supplies no acreage, stock count, or exact distance from Bell's Crossing.
Day 17 Continuum instance
In this playthrough, Veyr over-collected from Harl. Goods sent to Brenner Farm as restitution remain third-party property and are not coalition inventory. The continuity source does not provide a current inventory or the farm's present condition.
