Reusable Everterra world layer
The owner-provided creation helper does not define Dagger Falls as a reusable setting location. The Continuum identifies it as a major town, but does not establish its population, government, economy, or precise location in Everterra. Do not fill those gaps from a similarly named published setting without an explicit import.
Day 17 Continuum instance
The PC and Hugo went to Dagger Falls to find Brogar Ironvein. Brogar is a dwarven craftsman and trader who studies and repairs ancient works; he owns no constructs. After Hugo showed him Edren's credential, Brogar agreed to travel with his legitimate three-wagon trade caravan to Idlewood. The Hook anticipated the caravan and tracked it with a Watcher hawk; the caravan later returned to Idlewood. Dagger Falls is the origin of that outreach in this instance, not necessarily the source of Brogar's present location.
